Half-Kryptonian Physiology: Cir-El’s half-kryptonian physiology allows her similar powers to Superman. She is contantly absorbing Solar energy and using this power to fuel her increased Agility, Strength, and Endurance Ranks. She may also direct this stored energy to enhance the following abilities:
Resistances: Cir-El has Unearthly resistance to Heat, Cold, Disease, Corrosives, Toxins and Radiation.
True Invulnerability : Her half-breed Kryptonian physicology provides her with Incredible protection from physical and energy attacks.
Recovery: Cir-El’s body continues absorbing solar radiation even after death. This energy may eventually return her to life making it virtually impossible to kill her.
Hyper Leaping: Although Cir-El cannot fly, she is able to cover great distances is a “single bound”. She is able ot cover 40 areas is a singler leap with Class 5000 hyper leaping.
Self-Sustenance: Cir-El is sustained by the solar energy she absorbs. She does not require food or sleep. She still requires an Earth like atmosphere to breath in. Her Endurance enables her to last for extended period holding her breath, but in space she will eventually need a space suit. Her greater constitution provides little need for sleep, however eventually she will tire and require rest.

Limitation
Kryptonite: Cir-El is vulnerable to Kryptonite as it disrupts and destroys the solar energy she absorbs. If she is within 10 feet of Kryptonite her power and Endurance ranks drop by -1CS every round until Shift-0.Upon reaching Shift-0 Endurance she is subject to death rules..
Cir-El also has a vulnerability to magic attacks and the effects of magic. Magical attacks directly effect her ignoring any resistances or invulnerabilities. Further more any magical effect is increased +1CS in duration.
All of Cir-El’s powersare based on solar radiation from Earth’s yellow sun. Should she be deprived of this radiation for an extended period she will gradually loose her powers dropping at the rate of -1CS every round until they are no more. Addtionally her physical abilities will reduce at -1CS every round until reaching Typical levels.
