History
Mark Mardon was a small time crook who got lucky. A prison escapee, mardon headed to his older brother’s observatory for shelter where he either found his brother dead from a heart attack ( or killed him). What is indisputable is that he took possession of his brother’s invention a weather wand capable of controlling the weather. Using the wand, mardon became the theif known as the weather wizard.
Mardon has discovered he has a child-the son of deceased police officer Julie Jackam, who has somehow inherited the powers of the weather wand. Mark wants nothing more than to dissect the boy and unlock the secrets of his abilities
