Density Manipulation-Self: Unearthly, The normal density is Good rank, at densities above Good, the Thunder gains body armor equal to the density rank. At densities above Incredible he suffers a -1CS to Fighting and Agility. At densities above Amazing he may use the density rank as strength. At Unearthly density the Thunder cannot move. Power stunts:
Phase through solid objects at Shift-0 density
Flight at Shift-0 density, Poor speed.
Disrupting living or non-living targets by solidifying inside them. Damage inflicted is equal to the visions density rank and body armor is ignored. At ranks above Amazing Vision himself suffers Amazing damage. After many uses of this stunt Vision can now yuse this stunt with little risk of accidental killing the target.
Groundstrike Attack: By leaping off at least a 5 story building, Thunder can increase her density and create a Monstrous shockwave attack around a 3 area radius.
The Outsiders, Black Lightning
Though Anissa Pierce was born with metahuman abilities, she was sheltered from super-hero culture by her father, the adventurer known as Black Lightning. (So sheltered, in fact, that he never mentioned her to any of his friends or comrades!)
Her powers manifested at the age of eleven. She discovered that she was able to alter the density (and thus, the weight) of her body. After her parents divorced, Anissa lived with her mother and for the most part, she conceded to her parents’ wish that she pursue a higher education instead of costumed adventuring. At 22, she graduated in pre-med at the medical school of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. The next day, she set out to fight crime.
She drew the attention of Arsenal, who after the demise of the Titans sought to assemble a new team of Outsiders. She accepted his offer, reasoning that her father might feel better about her crimefighting if she was in the company of others.
