When she speaks the words “Captain Marvel,” 10 year old Cecebeck is transported from her home time of 90th Century Binderaan to 31st Century Earth. She becomes Thunder, a 17 year old powerhouse, with the Wisdom of Solomon, the Strength of Hercules, the Stamina of Atlas, the Power of Zeus, the Courage of Achilles, and the Speed of Mercury.These powers are described below:
Cosmic Awareness: Excellent understanding of the divine interactions with the mortal world. She is acting as an emmisary for humanity against entities from magical realms whom are friendly, and a guardian against those who are not.
Total Memory: Recall knowledge and facts that she normally should not and/or would not normally know with Monstrous ability.
Dimension Travel: This can only be used to travel to the Rock of Eternity at Remarkable rank. The Rock of Eternity is a nexus of power in a nearby realm of existance that channels power to anyone utilizing the power of the wizard, Shazam.
True Flight: Thunder can attain Unearthly airspeed
Hyper-Speed: She has the ability to sharpen her awareness and increase her temporal flow at Amazing rank, appearing to move faster than humanly possible.
True Invulnerability: When transformed Thunder has Monstrous protection from all physical and energy damage.
Resistances: She possesses Unearthly resistance to Disease and Toxins.
Self-Sustenance: Thunder is sustained by the mytical energies coursing though her body. She does not require food or sleep and can go for extened periods without breathing.
Alter Ego: By speaking the magic words, “Captain Marvel,” she summons a magical bolt of lightning that supercharges and transforms her. Since the bolt strikes wherever she is standing when she says the word, anyone at ground zero is damaged by Incredible lightning. Cecebeck is immune to any damage from this lightning. This also causes Thunder to revert back to 10 year old Cecebeck who has the following abilties.

Time Travel: By speaking the magic words, “Captain Marvel,” Cecebeck Transforms into Thunder and is transported from the 90th century to the 30th. This time travel power may not be used for any other purpose or in any other fashion. It is ranked at Class 1000.
Limitation
Lightning attacks that cause Shift-X damage in a single round cause Thunder to revert back to Cecebeck, including transporting her back through time.
Lightning can only be summoned by speaking the words “Captain Marvel”
Lightning cannot be used as an attack, unless an opponent is touching Cecebeck when she speaks the words
When she is hit by the lightning, she is transformed to Thunder and her Time Travel power is activated, transported to the 30th Century. Time Travel may not be used in any other way.
Eternium: When within 1 range of “Eternium” Thunder to lose all her powers at -1CS per round. She also loses 1 rank of Strength and Endurance (with its loss of Health) per round until death occurs at Shift-0 Endurance. Removal of the Eternium enables her body to regain lost ranks at a rate of one per round.
